Section R17-7-207. Cancellation and Suspension

A.      The following definitions apply to this Section:

1.        “Cancel” has the same meaning as “cancellation” in R17- 7-206.

2.        “Suspend” has the same meaning as “suspension” in R17- 7-206.

B.       The Department may cancel or suspend a third-party authori- zation on determination by the Director that an authorized third party is no longer qualified for authorization under this Chapter, or is in material breach of the authorization agree- ment with the Department.
