  • A.      The Division shall notify an existing HME holder 60 days prior to expiration of a Security Threat Assessment that a new Security Threat Assessment shall be successfully passed to retain the HME.

    B.       Upon expiration of the Division’s 60 Day Notice to Apply, the Division shall cancel the Arizona Driver License privileges of an applicant who fails to apply for a Security Threat Assess- ment and fails to remove the HME.
