A. Original and renewal applicants shall successfully complete the testing requirements under A.R.S. § 28-3223.

B. A transfer applicant with an existing HME shall be required to comply with HME knowledge test requirements under A.R.S.

§ 28-3223, and pay applicable fee under R17-4-706.
