  • A.      For purposes of this Section, “conviction” has the meaning prescribed in A.R.S. § 28-101(12).

    B.       For the duration of a certified ignition interlock device order, each conviction for violating A.R.S. §§ 28-1464(A), 28- 1464(C), 28-1464(D), 28-1464(F), or 28-1464(H) of the per- son subject to the order will result in the Division’s extension of the order.

    C.      Each extension by the Division of a person’s certified ignition interlock device order shall be for one year.
