A. Before the sale of cards for an occasion, a licensee shall post a notice in a conspicuous place on the premises, describing the nature and dollar value of each prize, including the method of determining any substitute prize for multiple winners.

B. If a licensee conducts a “split-the-pot” or “winner-take-all” special game, the licensee shall announce the dollar value of the minimum prize before the first number is called. The lic- ensee shall announce the actual dollar value of the prize before the game is over.
