Section R15-12-306. Withdrawal of Petition

A. The petition may be withdrawn at the written request of the political subdivision before a final decision by the Commis- sion is issued.

B. When the petition is withdrawn, the Commission’s finding shall be deemed final and shall not be subject to any further appeal.
