Section R15-12-305. Supplementing the Petition

The Commission may grant a political subdivision’s request for an additional period of time, not to exceed 15 days, within which to supplement a timely filed petition. The Commission shall not con- sider a supplement to the petition that the political subdivision files after the additional period of time granted.
