A. Applications and other papers required to be filed with the Corporation Commission may be transmitted by mail or express, or otherwise delivered but must be received for filing at its office in Phoenix, Arizona, within the time limit, if any, for such filing.
B. Papers required to be filed with the Committee may be trans- mitted by mail or express, or otherwise delivered but must be received for filing at the Arizona Corporation Commission, Utilities Division, 1688 West Adams, Phoenix, Arizona 85007, within the time limit, if any, for such filing.
