  • The Director of Utilities of the Corporation Commission shall maintain a complete and separate record containing all documents and exhibits filed in connection with each application. Such record shall be made available upon request to the public during regular business hours. A copy of each application shall also be maintained in the Corporation Commission’s Tucson office for public inspec- tion during regular business hours.
