Section R14-2-1217. Supersession of Existing USF Mechanism

The universal service funding mechanism initially approved by the Commission in Decision No. 56639 (September 22, 1989) is super- seded by this Article, except that any calculation, contribution or collection of, or entitlement to, universal service fund support approved by the Commission prior to the adoption of this Article shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission or until the application of this Article leads to a different result.
