Section R14-2-1208. Monthly AUSF Disbursements

A. AUSF disbursement shall be made 30 days following the date of AUSF collections.

B. The Administrator shall not make AUSF support payments to a provider of telecommunications service until the Administra- tor has received a copy of a Commission decision authorizing the provider to receive such support.
