Section R14-2-1013. IntraLATA Long-distance Service is Prohibited

AOS providers may not carry intraLATA toll calls where the required compensation has not been paid to the LEC. All intra- LATA calls where arrangements have not been made for compensa- tion to the LEC by the IXC must be switched to the authorized LEC of the aggregator.
