Section R14-2-1009. Complaint Processing

A. AOS applicants for certificates of convenience and necessity shall submit to the Commission a tariff or schedule containing a detailed description of complaint processing procedures.

B. The name, address, and telephone number of a representative for complaint matters shall be submitted with these proce- dures.

Adopted effective November 2, 1993, under a court- ordered exemption as determined by the Arizona Corpo- ration Commission (Supp. 93-4).
