Section R13-9-302. Application for Authorization of a Firearms- safety Training Organization

A.      To obtain authorization as a firearms-safety training organiza- tion, the responsible party of the firearms-safety organization shall submit to the Department an original application, using a form available from the Department, that provides the follow- ing information:

1.        The business name of the organization;

2.        The business and mailing addresses of the organization, including the county in which the organization is located; and

3.        The name and telephone number of the responsible party.

B.       In addition to the original application required under subsec- tion (A), the responsible party shall provide documentation
