Section R13-8-114. Transcripts

If any party designates any portion of the oral proceedings before the local board or hearing officer as part of the record on review in the superior court, the cost of the transcript shall be paid by the party so designating unless the local board waives the cost of tran- scription upon good cause shown. A request for waiver of the cost of the transcription shall be in writing and served upon the local board at the time of the service of the complaint.
