A. Within 15 business days after the qualifying party leaves an agency, each partner, member, officer, director, resident man- ager, and employee of the agency shall cease performing pri- vate security guard services subject to regulation by A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 26, unless the requirement in subsection (B) is met.
B. Before the agency may resume performing private security guard services, an individual who meets the requirements of a qualifying party shall submit an application for a new agency license under R13-6-201.
