A.      Membership in the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retire- ment System is designated by the Council under A.R.S. § 38- 842(20)(a) Commissioned employees are eligible for member- ship in the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.

B.       Employees who were in the following non-commissioned classifications on December 1, 1972, shall be eligible for membership in the Public Safety Personnel Retirement Sys- tem:

1.        Communications Technician, and

2.        Radio Mechanic.
