Section R13-3-1101. Compliance with Chapter and Identification Requirements

A. At all times a tow truck agent shall display on both sides of each tow truck the company name, full name of the town or city in which the company is located, and ten digit telephone number. Letters shall contrast sharply in color with the back- ground on which the letters are placed, be readily legible dur- ing daylight hours from a distance of 50 feet while the tow truck is stationary, and be maintained in a manner that retains the legibility.
B. A tow truck agent shall ensure that all tow trucks meet the requirements of this Chapter. The Department may suspend a permit decal for failure to meet the requirements of this Chap- ter.
