Section R12-5-2314. Decision of the Board

A. Time limit. Unless the parties stipulate otherwise, the Board shall render its final decision within 60 days after the hearing.

B. Contents. The Board shall include findings of facts and con- clusions of law, separately stated, in the Board’s decision.
