Section R12-5-2310. Hearing

A.      Recording of hearing. The Board shall ensure that a hearing record is made by tape recorder or stenographer.

B.       Order of appearance. The Chairperson shall designate the order in which parties introduce their evidence.

C.      Improper conduct. It is improper conduct to fail to comply with an order of the Chairperson or to disrupt a hearing. A per- son who engages in improper conduct shall be excluded from the hearing if the Chairperson determines that exclusion is necessary to facilitate the hearing.
