Section R12-5-2120. Surrender

A lessee may surrender to the Department a lease or any part of a lease, but not less than an approximate 40 acre parcel. A lessee shall surrender the lease or a part of a lease to the Department by submit- ting to the Department one copy of the lease and any monies owed.
