A. A responsible party shall install, maintain, and use an approved measuring device and method in a manner which will ensure that its measurement error does not exceed 10% of the actual flow rate.

B. All measured systems shall be installed or constructed and thereafter maintained so as to allow the Director, using another measuring device, to check readily the accuracy of the measur- ing device utilized by the responsible party.
