Section R12-15-106. Fee for Well Capping

The owner of a well that is capped by the Department pursuant to

A.R.S. § 45-594(C) shall pay to the Department a fee of $300.00, plus actual expenses over $300.00. After capping an open well, the Department shall send the owner of the well a bill for the fee under this Section. The owner of the well shall pay the fee by the date specified in the bill, which shall be at least 35 days after the date of the bill.
