Section R12-15-1016. Spillwater Reporting by Water Deliverers

A water deliverer that delivers spillwater during a year shall include the following information in the annual account or annual report submitted by the water deliverer for that year:

1.        The total quantity of spillwater delivered for non-irriga- tion uses during the year.

2.        The total quantity of spillwater delivered for irrigation uses during the year.

3.        Any other information the Director may reasonably require to determine whether the water qualifies as spill- water under R12-15-1001(10).
