A. A logging supervisor shall be physically present at a tempo-
rary job site whenever licensed material is being handled or is not stored and locked in a vehicle or storage place. The log- ging supervisor may leave the job site to obtain assistance if a source becomes lodged in a well.
B. During well logging, except when a radiation source is below ground or in a shipping or storage container, the logging super- visor or other individual designated by the logging supervisor shall maintain direct surveillance of the operation to prevent
unauthorized entry into a restricted area, as defined in R12-1- 102.
