Section R12-1-1728. Use of a Sealed Source in a Well Without a Sur- face Casing

A licensee may use a sealed source in a well without a surface cas- ing if the licensee follows a procedure for reducing the probability that the source will be lodged in the well. The procedure shall be separately approved by the Agency or in a license issued by the Agency, NRC, or another Agreement State.
