  • A.      Except as otherwise specifically provided, this Chapter applies to all persons who receive, possess, use, transfer, own, or acquire any source of radiation.

    B.       This Chapter does not apply to any person that is subject to regulation by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

    C.      State control of source material, byproduct material, and spe- cial nuclear material in quantities not sufficient to form a criti- cal mass is subject to the provisions of the agreement between the state and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, signed March 30, 1967 and incorporated by reference. This incorpo- rated material contains no later editions or amendments, and together with all other incorporated materials in this Chapter, is available for inspection or copying at the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency, 4814 S. 40th St., Phoenix, AZ 85040.
