Section R12-1-1008. Inspection not Warranted; Review

If the Agency determines, with respect to a complaint under R12-1- 1007, that an inspection is not warranted or there are no reasonable grounds to believe that a violation exists or has occurred, the Agency shall notify the complainant in writing of the determina- tion. The complainant may obtain review of the determination by submitting a written request for hearing to the Agency. The Agency shall provide for a hearing before the Radiation Regulatory Hearing Board under 12 A.A.C. 1, Article 12 and A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6,
