A. All persons who are required to perform services underground shall be instructed on an annual basis in the Mine Safety and Health Administration approved course in Mine Emergency Training. The instruction to be given by persons who are certi- fied by the Mine Safety and Health Administration Division of Education and Training Operations to give such instruction.

B. Records of all instruction shall be available for review by the Inspector.
