Section R11-1-426. Use of diesel-powered equipment shall be restricted

The use of diesel-powered equipment shall be restricted to haulage- way or other working places where positive ventilation is main- tained by mechanical means. If possible, the ventilation in places where diesel equipment is used shall be arranged so that the air car- rying exhaust gases from the engine are returned to the main air exhaust ways so as not to traverse working places.
