Section R11-1-338. Fire protection for timbered mine entrances

Timber in mine entrances shall be fire retardant for at least 200 feet inside the mine portal or collar, or the mine entrance shall be pro- vided with fire protection adequate to control a fire for at least 200 feet inside the mine portal or collar.
