Section R11-1-252. Premixed water gels

A. Premixed water gels containing a substance in itself classified as an explosive shall be classified as an explosive and manu- factured, transported, stored, and used as specified for explo- sives in this Code.
B. Premixed water gels containing no substance in itself classi- fied as an explosive and which are cap-sensitive as defined in
R11-1-221 under Blasting Agent, shall be classified as an explosive and manufactured, transported, stored, and used as specified for explosives in this Code.
C. Premixed water gels containing no substance in itself classi- fied as an explosive and which are not cap-sensitive as defined in R11-1-221 under Blasting Agent shall be classified as blast- ing agents and manufactured, transported, stored, and used as specified for blasting agents in this Code.
