A. All Class A, Class B, Class C explosives shall be kept in mag- azines which meet the requirements of this Section. This shall not be construed as applying to fuse lighters, fuse igniters, and safety fuses (slow-burning type containing a core of black powder).

B. Detonators shall not be stored in the same magazine with other explosive materials.
