CHEMICALS IN ANY FORM CAN BE SAFELY STORED, HANDLED OR USED IF THE PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL AND HAZARDOUS PROPERTIES ARE FULLY UNDERSTOOD AND THE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS, INCLUDING THE USE OF PROPER SAFEGUARDS AND PERSONAL PROTEC- TIVE EQUIPMENT ARE OBSERVED.

Hazardous chemicals: The following list of chemicals shall be clas- sified as hazardous and rules shall so stipulate. The following list shall not be limited to the below mentioned chemicals:
