There shall be maintained in all plants, at designated places, N.I.O.S.H.-approved breathing apparatus, detection equipment and resuscitating equipment, all readily available to trained personnel for use where the atmosphere may contain dangerous concentra- tions of gases or vapors which may be hazardous to life.
