Section R11-1-1301. Warning devices on mobile equipment

Mobile equipment assigned to a working place shall be provided with:

1. Suitable warning devices visible at all times to the opera- tor of the highest mobile equipment.

2. When the operator of heavy duty mobile equipment has an obstructed view to the rear, the equipment shall have either an automatic reverse signal alarm which is audible above the surrounding noise level, or an observer to sig- nal when it is safe to back up.
