Section R10-2-119. Answer to a Complaint

The respondent may file an answer not later than ten days after receipt of the notice and copy of the complaint described in R10-2-

118. The answer shall be signed and affirmed by the respondent. The affirmation shall state: “I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct”.
