Section R10-2-116. Amendment of Complaints

Complaints may be amended at any time. Amendments may be used:

1.        To cure technical defects or omissions, including failure to sign or affirm a complaint;

2.        To clarify or amplify the allegations in a complaint; or

3.        To join additional or substitute respondents or aggrieved persons as complainants. Except for the purpose of noti- fying new respondents under R10-2-118, amended com- plaints shall be considered as having been made as of the original filing date.
